To manage projects of Medium/High complexity in the area of Meal Solutions and Bakery Processes within the guidelines and instructions given by the superior.

Manage in autonomy the technical projects in all the phases: technical preliminary analysis (feasibility analysis, bench tests, suppliers selection…), cost analysis, drafting of internal documents (RCA, RDA, orders etc…), technical specifications, collaboration with purchasing, installation and testing of the equipment.
