Contents of the position: the Owner of the Position will have to understand and map the customer structure as a function of e-procurement settings; organize and manage integration tests; ensure implementation, integration and follow-up in synergy with customer service and the central e-Commerce team; ensure support for new releases (changes to the PC, SAP, Web, e-Procurement), coordinate actions, perform tests related to new SAP release in the context of sales; notify all information relating to each new release, both internally and externally. ELS (Early Life Support) management for each release with a direct contact from the central team; promote and manage improvements to the production systems within the group. Manage an internal and external training program.
