Overall responsibility of Quality Management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Planning and conducting audits (e.g. internal audits ISO9001) at all levels

Evaluate and ensure implementation of customer requirements to quality management system.

Ensure overall Compliance of product, process & Quality Management System.

Implementation and coordination of Quality Star Point Team at location level.

Evaluates performance measurements and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality. Uses the results of performance evaluation to target improvement efforts.
